1) The Official Agency of the World Congress is MONOMAX, PCO of St.Petersburg, Russia and is serving as the Secretariat of the World Congress I.O.P.2008. Therefore, all Abstracts must be submitted by the authors directly to MONOMAX using the online abstract submission system only at the following web address: www.onlinereg.ru/congress2008
2) You must first enter your personal information (name, address, position, etc) in the appropriate fields online. You will then be given automatically a login number and a password. Thereafter, you can submit your abstract by opening the tab entitled: "Abstract Submission".
3) Indicate on the online abstract submission system whether your abstract belongs to a Symposium (title and Chairman of the Symposium) or is a Poster Presentation.
4) The abstract's title in English should be entered in the field "Comments".
5) Using the Web Interface, attach the abstract body as a file. Abstracts should be within 400 words. The file format should be RTF or DOC. Left margin: 3cm; right and bottom margins: 2.5 cm; Font: Times New Roman 12; line spacing: one and a half.
6) Write your corresponding e-mail address in the appropriate section.
7) In the section entitled: "Submitting Authors", write the pertinent information requested. Once completed, submit your abstract.
8) The online abstract submission system will first check that the abstract has arrived and will send an e-mail to the authors confirming that their abstract(s) has been submitted.
9) Abstracts for Symposia and Poster Presentations, must include methodological clarity, results and conclusions.
10) It is the responsibility of the Referees of the World Congress Committee of I.O.P. to review all submitted abstracts along with the Scientific Coordinator of Abstracts for high quality, modifications, acceptance or refusal.
11) All accepted Abstracts will be published in the International Journal of Psychophysiology, which will be given to all registered delegates at the World Congress Site in St.Petersburg, Russia. Abstracts will be edited by mode of presentation: Keynote Lectures, Symposia and Poster Presentations. Editing and sequencing of Abstracts is the responsibility of the Scientific Coordinator of Abstracts, who is appointed to handle these aspects with ELSEVIER.
