The World Congress will take place in the prestigious Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel with superb conference halls and facilities pertaining to the IOP2008 events. Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel which is overlooking the majestic Baltic Sea and which is the main Venue and Headquarters of the 14^th World Congress of Psychophysiology - the Olympics of the Brain. In addition, five other hotels have been reserved for alternate accommodations at various rates. Hotel reservations must be made online: www.onlinereg.ru/congress2008 with the official Agency MONOMAX in St.Petersburg, Russia.  

REGISTRATION
All Delegates and participants must register according to their particular status to enter the World Congress. Early Registration is highly recommended. Registration and payment of Registration Fees should be made online: www.onlinereg.ru/congress2008 with the official Agency.
The Registration Fee includes: Opening Ceremonies - Welcome Reception - Gala Dinner - Coffee breaks and refreshments - the Special Issue of Abstracts of the International Journal of Psychophysiology containing all the accepted Abstracts of the presentations at the World Congress - admission to all scientific presentations - conference bag - the Final Program - Certificate of Attendance - Visa Support - Closing Ceremonies.

VISA SUPPORT
To enter the Russian Federation all foreign participants should obtain a Visa, covering the duration of their stay in Russia. The price for the Visa support is included in the Registration Fee. Visa Support Documents will be sent to the participant by the World Congress Secretariat upon reception of the Registration Fee. To obtain Visa support to the Russian Federation you should submit your request while registering online to the World Congress: www.onlinereg.ru/congress2008

The participant will receive a Visa Invitation letter/voucher from the official Agency of the World Congress, Monomax. It must be presented together with the Visa Application Form properly filled in and with photos to the Russian Consulate or Embassy in the country of application. The procedure for obtaining a Visa can take more than 2 weeks. We recommend that you undertake these steps as early as possible.
